Our small home-based studio offers kiln firing services for experienced potters and ceramicists, as well as independent beginners.  Firings are scheduled weekly on an as-needed basis, with a request for 2-3 weeks' advance notice for deadlines. Access & firing fees cover the cost of electricity and kiln maintenance. We offer bisque firing at cone 04-06, glaze firing at cone 5 with a 15-minute hold, and luster firings as needed. Our one-day, two-hour workshop offers a hands-on clay crafting experience for $75 per person, with all materials provided. You will watch a demonstration on clay safety and techniques, create your piece, and decorate it with underglaze. We provide individualized support throughout. After the workshop, we will update you with photos as your pieces undergo bisque firing, glazing, and final firing. We schedule a convenient pick-up time for you.
